We provide delivery of orders from Monday to Saturday..
Q. What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is free for all orders equal or above Rs.5,000/=. For orders below Rs.5,000/= delivery charges will be added to your invoice accordingly to your shipping address..
Q. What about other costs?
There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The prices mentioned on the website are our final prices.
Q. What happens if delivery will get late?
We assure you that we will try our best to deliver your order on time. However, if we will run late due to unavoidable circumstances, our customer service team will get in touch with you and let you know promptly." .
Q. What happens if I’m not available when you deliver?
We will confirm your availability at the destination address on the day of delivery. However, if you are unavailable, we will reschedule the delivery for you. A fee of Rs. 50/= will be charged for the second attempt of delivery. Maximum 3 attempts will be made for delivery.
Q. Who will deliver my order?
we have our own delivery system and hire reputed courier to deliver your orders. We will pack your order with care and deliver it right at your doorstep.
Q. What is our Return Policy?
If the product delivered is other than the product ordered, we will replace the product at our cost.
If the product does not meet your expectations, you must report us within 48 hours from the time of delivery and we will recall the product.
The products which are covered under warranty will be dealt according to the terms of warranty of that product.
Warranty Cards accompany the products when delivered.
